Two friends getting married on a little island three hours away from big, bustling Berlin! Of course I wanted to capture their wedding day with their families and closest friends. There’s something so special about an intimate wedding. The bride and groom only invited a select few that really know the couple and have been an important part of their journey together.
I never expected such a beautiful location surrounded by water and fields. We seized the opportunity to escape for a while by boat, and I could feel how they enjoyed the peaceful moment on the water, relishing the fact that they had just said “yes” to each other.
But the loveliest thing of all: her dress was sewn by him—without having any experience as a tailor.
