Editorial Photography | La Novia Isleña
Style shoot for designer Annabelle Hardie and her own label presenting and amazing accessory collection. So happy to have had the chance to do this style photo shooting with a great team in Madrid. We all decided to team up to let our creatives winds whirl their magic for this shoot. The Brasilian and Egyptian models Anaiz Lima and Sarah Gamei added to the beautiful cultural melting pot of Madrid-based artists for the editorial. A whimsical editorial with a modern take on an exotic bride. A bride from an exotic tribal island, who dreams of what lies beyond those never-ending-sea horizons. She drapes herself in luscious tulle and French lace brought in by traders and adorns herself with shells, silk petals, raffia and jade from her homeland. On a full moon, they say they she can be seen dancing upon the sea. Annabelle Hardie, an Australian accessories and bridal designer based in Madrid, styled her handmade pieces with some upcoming Spanish designer clothes from Fraile Oficial and Reveligion. She worked with the Mexican Hair and Makeup Artist, Leopoldo Rodriguez to create bold looks. Annabelle loves to work closely with her bridal clients, designing unique things to create a visual story thread between the bride, her bridesmaids and even the mother of the bride. She wants to create pieces that they will wear into the future and remind them all of some of the best days of their lives spent together. To see some of the brides she has custom made pieces for, or to purchase from her online store, please head to her website.
